Elevate Coworking – Day Pass Policy At Elevate Coworking, we are committed to providing a professional and productive workspace for all our members and guests. To ensure a seamless experience for individuals booking a Day Pass, we have established the following policy. By purchasing or using a Day Pass, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. 1. Scope and Purpose This policy governs the use of Day Passes issued by Elevate Coworking. A Day Pass grants the purchaser access to designated coworking stations for a single working day within our facility, in accordance with the terms outlined below. 2. Working Hours - Day Pass access is strictly limited to Elevate Coworking’s standard operating hours, which are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). - Entry before or after these hours is not permitted under a Day Pass. 3. Validity and Usage - A Day Pass must be used on the same working day for which it was purchased. - Day Passes are not transferable to another day or person. - Once a Day Pass has been issued, no cancellations or rescheduling are permitted. 4. Refund and Cancellation Policy - All Day Pass purchases are strictly non-refundable. - Day Passes cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed. - In the event of a no-show, the Day Pass will be deemed forfeited and no credits, refunds, or extensions will be provided. 5. Inclusions and Exclusions - The Day Pass entitles the holder to use a shared coworking desk within the common workspace during the operational hours. - Access to private cabins, meeting rooms, and conference rooms is not included under a Day Pass. These amenities can be booked separately at the prevailing rates, subject to availability. 6. Code of Conduct All Day Pass users are expected to adhere to Elevate Coworking’s Code of Conduct, which includes maintaining a respectful and professional environment, avoiding disruptive behavior, and complying with health and safety guidelines. 7. Right to Refuse Service Elevate Coworking reserves the right to deny entry or revoke access to any individual who fails to comply with this policy or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive. 8. Amendments This policy is subject to change at the sole discretion of Elevate Coworking. Any updates or modifications will be communicated via our official website or booking platform.
